Ever since I saw these yummy pumpkin muffins over at Love, Marriage and a Baby Carriage..I had to make myself a batch! I did add some pumpkin spice (to taste) to the mixture..
They smelled so good in the oven...
So, after eating like 4...I finally walked away! Seriously delicious...easy...simple...did I say delicious?
We are throwing a pumpkin carving party in a couple of weeks..and I will most definitely be whipping some up these!!

Glad you liked them! Someone told me to try spice cake instead of yellow cake next time, so I'm going to do that soon and see if they taste a bit more like the pumpkin muffins I'm used to. I also made a batch with chocolate chips and they were amazing :)
